Our Services

Plan

Business Plans

Business plans are the roadmap to business success. Don’t operate without one! We specialize in writing business and strategic plans with clients, rather than just for clients.

Business plans should be updated annually so that the document remains a useful and relevant tool for success. Business plans are a necessity for start-ups, as a business grows, when borrowing from commercial and private lenders and when a business is seeking new investors.

We have adopted an approximate six-to-eight-page approach that is efficient and cost-effective.

DEBT

Financial Trouble?

Even in a strong economic climate, a certain percentage of businesses will incur financial losses, and even fail. Our team is available to assess the options and create solutions to financially troubled companies, including dealing with debt issues. Our approach is to work through informal creditor arrangements to resolve debt and eliminate owners’ or shareholders’ personal liability. We have settled millions of dollars of debt through our process. Give us a call before matters spiral out of control.

Grants

Research and Writing

We offer grant research and writing services to identify available funds to help sustain and grow businesses. Public, private and foundation grants are available to meet numerous business needs, including employee training, product research and growth, property upgrades & equipment purchases.

Guide

California Competes

Many businesses may qualify for state grants and programs available through the California Competes program sponsored by the Governor’s Office of Business & Economic Development. However, navigating the process can be challenging. We specialize in identifying the appropriate state incentives for which a company may qualify, and we prepare the applications. Incentives include local sales and state income tax credits and employee training funds. We enjoy a 100 percent success rate on applications filed for our clients.

Rates

Electricity Grants

We specialize in writing applications to Southern California Edison in order to qualify larger users of electricity for discounts on electricity costs. If your company is considering relocating outside California, or yours is adding employees or are otherwise expanding your operations, this state-approved program may be for you. Our manufacturing clients will save hundreds of thousands of dollars on electricity costs during 2020.

Plan

Economic Development

We offer expertise to California and Nevada cities, districts and counties to develop economic analyses, provide economic forecasting, create Economic Development Plans, meet state-mandated low-income housing requirements and form Business Improvement Districts. Every local government & county needs a plan to achieve & maintain local economic vitality. We have the expertise to help meet those goals.

Business as usual? It’s time to fix that!
